Moderators
Hold the community standard: keep chats focused, respectful, and show-ready.
Production Crew
Call cues, wrangle timing, and keep all teams synced so the show runs flawlessly.
What we're looking for
We need detail-focused teammates who communicate clearly, handle live changes calmly, and keep standards high.
Prior experience in your role is required; live-event familiarity is a plus.
Must be 14+, reliable for rehearsals, and responsive during live moments.
